Our approach to Quality is an integrated one, combining development call-outs during sampling and maintaining a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for every product during it's life cycle and production order history. In particular, open Corrective Action Plans are dynamically linked to new order creation to prevent non-repitition of quality issues.
Quality Checklists are customised for each product and contain real time references back to the signed off production Sample . In addition, our systems support on-site QC with live data references to all customer product specifications, assembly instructions, approved carton layouts as well as current order details.
QC progress, Corrective Action Plans and inspection reports are available to customers on-line.
